Absolutely nothing!

I couldn't recommend it enough! - excellent location near the opera house - very quiet (only one room per floor), so you enjoy complete privacy. - very clean, comfortable bed, nicely decorated room with warm colors, fully furnished kitchen, spacious shower with hot water. - I recommend booking the room with the balcony at the upper floor (there's an elevator). You get a nice view of the neighbourhood and it's very peaceful and quiet. - the hostess is a sweet and polite young lady who will do everything to ensure you have a nice stay. If I ever return to Hanoi in the future, I won't hesitate for a second before booking a room in this homestay again.

Clean, modern, comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment. I don't know if this is the best accommodation near the old quarter of Hanoi, but it is one of the best for sure. Hoan Kiem Lake is a 10-minute walk away, shops are nearby. If you don't want to sit on the small chairs of the small restaurants, where the locals squat, but you want to eat great and not expensive and excellent local food and a cold beer, after a 10-minute walk turn right next to the Vuon Hoa Nha hat lon park, turn left in one of the side streets, many small local restaurants you will also find a great restaurant. They close at 9pm.

We stayed in 3 different places in Hanoi throughout our 2-week Vietnam trip, and I must say that among the places we've booked in Hanoi, this one is our most favorite. We love its location — quiet, clean, just outside the chaos of Old Quarter but walkable! The room also went beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our favorite would have to be the balcony, where we would stay in the early mornings and evenings. The host also went the extra mile to assist us and respond to our requests. She even willingly gave us a list of food stalls and coffeeshops (one is just right beside the gate, super good iced egg coffee). If we can go back to Hanoi again, this would be our first choice no doubt!

It is very comfortable for staying. Room is clean. There are some cooking furniture so I can cook some food too. TV has Netflix. Staff here Chau is so friendly and adorable. Highly recommend!

I can't really fault the property, it just needs a few extra plates, bowls and cutlery. Everything was perfect.

We were so impressed with the size of the apartment, it was perfect for 10 days in Hanoi and had the kitchen facilities we needed to cook, as well as a dining area for us to eat as a family. There could be more plates and cutlery, there isn't enough for a family of four, but we made it work. There's Netflix which was a bonus, and plenty of space for all of us. The owner was so hopeful, sending us really detailed instructions before we arrived, including photographs, and even checked in most days to see how we were and if we needed anything. On occasions she sent the cleaning lady in to clean our room and give us fresh towels and they even did a laundry wash for us free of charge. I needed to stay one extra night and this wasn't a problem either. Honestly, amazing customer service! Property is about a 20 minute walk into the main centre of Hanoi.

It is good to have some ear plugs with you if you are a light sleeper because the traffic in Hanoi is loud and it seems to be common with properties here that the windows are not very sound proof.

I loved my stay here and I would definitely stay here again! - Location in French Quarter is nice! Very lively but just a little bit less crazy than the Old Quarter. - The apartment was very clean and modernly decorated. - The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. - Self check-in was convenient (very clear instructions were provided) and the host was contactable by WhatsApp if you need her for anything. She replies very quickly and is very helpful and friendly.

Lubihouse is a very beautiful building with great plants. The rooms are spacious. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Lubihouse is very close to Hanoi Opera and other sights. Also walking distance to beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. It was very quiet at night and I slept very well in the Lubihouse bed. There are small grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Lubihouse was perfect for my stay in Hanoi.

My best stay in Vietnam and I look forward to staying at Lubi house for 3 months on my next trip! Very clean, very comfortable bed, fantastic water pressure, great neighbourhood and quiet at night so easy to get a good nights sleep. The best thing about Lubi House is Chou who does everything possible to make sure your stay is excellent. Just one of many examples is when Chou heard that I was getting a haircut (conveniently located across the street) she took the time to walk with me to the barber so that she could translate what kind of haircut I wanted. This was so appreciated! Thanks again Chou for a wonderful stay 😊

The house owner was very helpful and friendly and always ready to respond to any of my queries. We needed umbrella to continue travelling around and the house owner actually came down to provide us on that. The house is also well-equipped.

Perfect place to stay whilst in Hanoi! - Chau and her grandmother were truly lovely and welcoming hosts! Chau provided detailed information for a smooth self check-in. She was super helpful when we had any requests - Location is perfect - few minutes walk from the opera house and great restaurants / bars - Room was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We had some of our best night's sleep here! Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to come back soon :)

Although it’s was not directly on the street, the place was noisy and we could hear the cars passing by all the time. The bathroom and the kitchen could have been much cleaner.

Cute small studio, right next to the Opera. Loved the location and Zoon was super helpful and friendly!

The noise, Not sure if a dog lived upstairs but it was so noisy ! To much light coming in the room the blind should be changed. We stayed 7 nights and the bedsheets weren’t changed even once and I had to ask for towels. The room weren’t clean properly at check in a lot of dust and hair on the floor and towels! We stayed with our two kids and I don’t think it’s good for families.

The location is perfect close to everything, And the owner is so love and accomodating. She is always available to help you.

The balcony door had a gap in it which made the apartment very hot which made it difficult to sleep. The apartment is not walking distance to tourist attractions.
