2nd visit, total of 31 nights. We love the location, convenient to old town and the beach but in the rice fields. The location is great, the rooms are large and well appointed, very clean, all rooms have wonderful views of the river and countryside. Great spa, resort activities and buffet breakfast. The best reason t stay here is the warm, friendly, efficient staff who always try to make your stay memorable. Especially Ms Lily in the dining room, Ms Anna on reception, David and Henry in the bar and Ms Jennie in the spa. Well worth considering this option, you won’t be disappointed

Our family group stayed for 7 nights and loved our stay. An easy check in despite arriving very late, we were made to feel very welcome. Staff really made an effort and it was appreciated. Special mention to Lily (Luyen) who had great recommendations and excelled in remembering our families likes and dislikes. We also made good use of the spa facilities most days and really recommend using Emily, Jenny and the others for treatments. Rooms were well cared for and had everything we needed. The common areas of restaurant and pool were great and service was always friendly. The resort is located out of old town which is what we wanted. It was easy to reach using Grab taxi's. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending this resort for a family holiday.

Nothing really. Only thing might be not enough sun beds around the pool when it gets very busy but we never had a problem.

This hotel felt like a retreat and we loved every moment of our stay here. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and the facilities are superb. Very large pool and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist us whenever we needed it. In particular Lily and Sunil who always welcomed us with a smile and took time to chat to us every day at breakfast despite working so hard. And Erika also. There was also a free shuttle bus daily into the town at 4’and pick up at 9.30 which we used during our stay. We also used the free bikes to cycle to the beaches nearby and Coconut village which was very close to the hotel.

Air conditioning stops when you remove the card, so you need to wait until room gets cold. Was not an issue for me though.

Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. You can have breakfast outside by the pool which was lovely. I enjoyed the pool which was big enough to even properly swim in it. Very good internet connection and speed. Nice for coworking. Property is between city and beach in calm area,With the bike I did nice ride to the town and to the beach.

The staff were wonderful. Anna and Moon offered exceptionally friendly and helpful service. The hotel and pool were just beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable and large with soft very large bed. Breakfast which was included in our stay was delicious. The Manager Mr Hung Daniel offered a wealth of information and was lovely to converse with. We will be returning here later on in our adventures throughout Vietnam as 1 night was not long enough to enjoy this hotel,as it was just so charming and the standard so high. It was exceptional value for money. We will stay here whenever we return to Vietnam on holiday in the future.

Everything was SO lovely. The people, the hotel, the food, the massages, the attention to detail. It was just so nice to stay there! A special thank you to the two queens at reception Annie and Anna, they were always so helpful. We did a DIY massage ball class with Bee and it was such a treat! Everyone at the hotel makes you feel so welcome. It is about a 10 minute drive to ancient town from Mood. They have a shuttle that takes you at 4pm and fetches you at 9:39. They also rent motorbikes for 200.000 vnd a day - definitely worth it. The breakfast is decent and the food from the restaurant is good! The hotel and the rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

For me, moodhoian is a symbol of what you called home. I felt so much welcomed from the first moment came in. The staff’s friendly and super attentive, they checked on me very often to ensure I can be as most comfortable as possible. Besides, what I didn’t expect was the daily morning workshop led by Miss charming Bee, it was fun and meaningful at the same time. We talked and shared a lots of our life’s story together and I also made a few new friends during the class too. Thank you very much to make my short holiday a memorable time and hope you can maintain this exceptional quality, I will surely introduce you to my friends and definitely come back if possible. The resort is quiet, clean, equipments are all new and have stylish decoration. Beside a beautiful river and a rice field. About 10 mins to Hoi An ancient town by taxi or electric bus. Have free bicycle for guest. Great breakfast! Great staffs!

Floors in corridors were a bit slippery due to all the rain! Bathroom floor got very wet due to poor design of shower. Hotel surrounded by rice fields and local houses. Some rubbish nearby.

Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Nice pool area and gardens. Situated only 5 min taxi ride from centre of Hoi An.

The photos of the property are accurate, it's as good as it looks. This is a wonderfully appointed hotel. the hotel is new, facilities are excellent, rooms are spacious, air conditioning is very efficient, beds very comfortable, breakfast is a delight, there is a daily resort activity schedule and the spa is outstanding with very professional and experienced therapists also very reasonably priced. Topping this off is a really wonderful team, dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. the entire team work together and are committed to ensuring the ethos of the hotel "Getting you in the Mood for a great holiday ". There would be few hotels where you could experienced a more warm and helpful team as the Mood staff. During our 14 day stay we celebrated 49 year wedding anniversary, 70th birthday and a 6 year old birthday, the team went above and beyond to help us celebrate these events. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Hoi An, this is a fantastic option.

Great location amongst the rice fields. Quiet, peaceful but easy access to the beach and old town. The staff are well trained,extremely courteous and friendly. 5 star quality people. The food is healthy and garden fresh. Free yoga and Qigong classes and workshops. Manager Ms. Luyen was exceptional in making my stay comfortable. She leads the way by setting a great example to her staff.

It was a little bit noisy at times with large families staying there. This wasn't an issue during the day however with the summer heat. The room was very quiet also so overall very little to complain about.

It was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed our engagement there and the manager made sure we had a wonderful dinner by the pool. It met every expectation and we will certainly be returning on our next visit to Hoi An. 10/10.

I had a great breakfast time in the hotel's cafe in the eraly morning. I love their open terrace cafe ( resutaurant ). Subcontractors of the hotel or neighbors were there and had coffees ( this is 100% ok ). But their attitude was vulgar, which ruined my morning. That was sad.

This is a brand new hotel. It's very clean and nice. the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Vinh. She tried to help me quickly and kindly when I had a trouble with my bike in the city center. I had no idea what to do but I could calm down myself because of her. Thank you!

Only con was that many Vietnamese families in the weekend already were shouting in the poolarea (in front of the hotel rooms) at 6.30 AM.

The staff was very friendly, especially Luyen, Vinh and Nguyet! They have booked tours for us, welcomed us very kindly every day again and were always in for a nice chat with us or the kids.

Had an amazing stay. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. My daughter was a little unwell and could not make it to the buffet breakfast. The staff let me plate up her food and served her breakfast un the room. So grateful! It's next to a river and you can spot a family of ducks every morning. Paddy fields just outside the resort. Close to the old city. Lots of food options on Grab. Rooms are little small but beds are comfy. Pool is big, clean and water was warm. Had an amazing week at this hotel. Massages in the hotel ware great.

A little noisy with some families going in the pool before 6am.

Beautiful clean rooms. We had the larger of the rooms, which was perfect for a 7 night stay. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The pool was clean, large and great to just sit around. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I can’t comment.
