The staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and attentive to us and helped us organise all the things which we did in Sapa which made things very easy. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned daily.

Can improve on breakfast spread

It was managed by very competent n friendly manager Ms autumn. The room was spacious n clean. She made sure the heating was fixed yo an acceptable standard.

Well, a common Sapa thing is high room humidity - something that lends a certain heaviness in smell and atmosphere in the room (was relatively low here, but still present).

Modern style room with fair amenities, strong wi-fi, and exceptional front office/reception (accommodated our requests for changing our nights at hours’ notice, no questions asked) on top of being extremely kind and polite!

Nice hotel in the heart of the town very nice welcome . during the check in they offer tea, coffee and fresh fruits excellent breakfast western style the staff is professional and very helpful. Mrs Sue arrange everything for us, transfers, tours, thank you for our excellent stay

Its a quaint hotel, further down from the town (600m). Its an uphill walk (600m) to Sun Plaza/Sapa Town. Its located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city so you wouldnt be disturbed during sleep. The receptionist were lovely! They were very accommodating to us and our requests. The room was a bit small (if you’re travelling with big bags; there isnt a lot of space to open our luggage properly). However it has the comfiest bed & pillows. All in all 10/10

Nothing really, everything went well. It is not exactly in the city centre but it wasn’t an issue for us, since you could easily walk there and the street is full with bars and shops. Rooms are probably a bit small if you carry a big backpack/luggage with you.

The premises were very clean and well maintained and rooms cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate any request and needs. Beds are very much comfy and the shower works perfectly.

There is a bit of beeping from the road in the morning but this is Vietnam and the roads are crazy - comes with the territory and if it wakes you up it just means you are up early for a fun day in Sapa!

We got an exceptional last minute deal with My Boutique Hotel & Spa in Sapa and arrived to a great hello and a cup of Sapa Tea. Autumn worked with us during our stay and ensured to check in with us, book tours and spa, organise taxis and even gave us a goody bag full of treats for our onward journey. She treated us like family from the minute we came till our hugs goodbye! The room and facilities are luxurious and make for a cosy stay in cold Sapa. This hotel was so nice we booked an extra night in Sapa as a treat to ourselves! Thank you Autumn and team☺️
