Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsThe room where breakfast is served is a bit cluttered. The pillow was too firm for my taste. No place to sit outside.
The hostess is very friendly. She helped us to get a pick-up for the buss and even made a special dish for my partner when we was ill. The breakfast is nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room had cosy lighting and was clean. There was even housekeeping every day. The hotel is walking distance from town and in a very quiet neighbourhood.

NetherlandsWe had a room with big mold spots on the ceiling and walls. It felt very unhealthy. I'm sorry to write it but I want to be honest. Also, hygiene wasn't that good, especially bathroom cleanliness.
Location is ok, like max 15 min walk into town. Breakfast was simple but a nice plus. The staff/owner is super super friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, we really liked that. There was a drainage problem in the bathroom and immediately solved. New water and towels every day. Beds were comfy. Quiet location, you hear the birds singing.

- rooms was very nice and big, had a beautiful view, nice bathroom. Even had a little kitchen and cooking appliances - owners were lovely. So helpful and nice. Had bikes to rent which were really good condition and also booked our transfers for us. - quite central, with a bike easy to get to places - we got there very early 6:30-7am ish. I’d let them know before that we was coming early. They let us check in early as our room was available with no extra charge

FranceThe facilities were just fine for the price. Probably our biggest problem was FINDING the hotel. The Booking.com map was useless. We also had trouble with Google maps as it was listed as the Ngoc Tran HOSTEL on Google maps! Be careful looking for it. Better yet… send a message to the property to ask for instructions.
The best part of this hotel is the owner/manager. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, helpful. Not speaking Vietnamese can make some things a bit tricky in Da Lat, and she was amazing. Arranged for a driver to bring us to places, helped organize our transport to the next destination, etc.

GreeceThe hostel is located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city centre,the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is fair. You can rent a bike for a reasonable price. The lady that runs the hostel is amazing like most of the Vietnamese people! Very good value for money!
