Flagging a few things I wish I paid more attention to when booking - there is a single small lift, so there was a waiting time for the lift each time we used it. The stairs out the front of the hotel are very, very steep, be wary (I have ankle issues so I took the stairs super slow each time). Breakfast didn't cater as much to westerners as I thought - which was okay, just not what I thought I saw in photos.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to pretty much everything you could want to see in District 1. The room was as per the photos and was very comfortable, with a firm bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had to book a room twice and lost money. The staff suggested that I pay in cash and get a discount, I wrote that I agreed and would do so, and then the reservation was canceled due to insufficient funds on the card two days before arrival at the hotel. I had to book a room again, but it was only a more expensive one with a large bathtub, which, as it turned out, had no hot water, so I couldn't use it. The hotel did not want to refund the difference for the reservation, I could only stay an hour longer in the room.

Breakfast had quite a variety of foods. Location was perfect it the heart of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge shout out to Jade an Ken who were able to assist me with any queries I had.

Before they gave me a room, I asked if they could find me a room on the top floors, apparently any rooms were available at that moment. They gave me a room on the 2nd floor, the noise from the street was far too much. They offered me a different room but to change on the following day. This was not acceptable. After I told my reasons about the room, they immediately gave me a much better room on the 9th floor.

The view from the pool was amazing. The staff from the kitchen was very helpful and friendly. It was my birthday and they really made me feel special.

Interior need renovation . Only concern I have with this hotel is the steep steps for older folks . It can be very risky when wet or raining . Breakfast food quality need improvements

The internet was not working very well in the room. Bread and buns servered for breakfast were not fresh (two days in a row).

Our corner room was light and airy with a city view. Even though the decor of the room was dated, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a large buffet with something for everyone. The pool on the rooftop with the amazing city views was our highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and diligent, especially the concierge and the restaurant staff.

This hotel was excellent for our last night in Saigon. After a long couple weeks of travelling, we booked this hotel last minute and are so glad we did. It was very comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar were an amazing place to relax when it was so hot out. They offered happy hour drink deals, and there was a great view of the city from up there. It was close to the airport and near the Ben Thanh market. The breakfast was great, and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

Room was advertised as "city view" Not true. We looked straight out at other hotel across road. Pool closed to early 7pm Front steps very steep and dangerous Pool needs handrail to get in and out.

Doorman, Leo was wonderful. Helped us with luggage. Grab and chatted to driver. Made good suggestions. Pool and bar were wonderful. Breakfast great. Location was the best.

The plumbing in the bathroom is as a bit weird. Had to hold the shower head while standing in the bath to avoid flooding the room.
