The only qualm would have been the breakfast. The staff were great however there was no options for vegans. This isn't a requirement so it's completely understandable, however it would have been great to eat at the hotel.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We extended our stay with no problems. You can see the beach from the windows and walk there within 2 minutes.

We arrive really late, as informed in advance. The guy by the desk was very annoying asking about money (I don’t care how you sort it out with booking, that’s on you. Booking could have taken money from my bank account any time, but you mixed it up.) Next day it was the same. Every time we were close to the desk, someone was approaching us to talk about money. The lady came to our room even when I was taking shower. Then, I had to put some effort from my side to find out what happened. So the accommodation cost should have been smoothly taken from my account but due to the people working in the hotel it was all mixed up and we had to pay in VND. Very bad experience, hope we were the only unlucky ones. We stayed there only 2 nights luckily. Additionally, I don’t recommend this breakfast, better to choose a hotel with a good breakfast or not at all.

The swimming pool is more like a plunge pool because it is too small, but since it is near the beach so better to swim at the beach anyway. They charged an additional fee for the usage of kitchen utensils, there is a note on the kitchen cabinet. I never had an experience like this before when stayed in an apartment. The room and furniture is a bit outdated and a revamp would be nice.

The location is very strategic with only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The size of the room is not too small with complete facilities (except for kitchen utensils). It was clean and the bed was comfortable. For breakfast, you can choose the menu between instant fried noodles or banh mi. The staff is very helpful since the booking that I made was for three-rooms and I only need two rooms. I was able to cancel my booking and create a new booking.

The shower water is either too hot or too cold, cannot adjust to moderate, there no corridor light, we understand using sensor light but it’s too dark where we come out from the room, sensor light only when we reach the lift.

Booked an apartment but needed to pay extra for cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery. Kettle provided but nothing else, not even a tea spoon!, nothing complementary, even had to pay for bottled water. Several of the sockets didn't work, wardrobe and other storage smelt musty.

Breakfast had good selection with buffet 2 out of 3 days. Staff all very pleasant with very efficient daily room tidy.

Room: Room was just OK, furniture was just average. The water heating kettle was provided but NO tea/coffee/milk/etc sachets were provided. Room size was also small. Sleepers were very old and not fit for use. Swimming pool timings are so bad that you hardly can use it. It's available between 1 PM to 6PM when most of us are on conducted tours or visiting outside. Why it can't be made available in the forenoon and atleast upto 7:30PM in the evening.

Breakfast: Overall Breakfast is good & on request they have provided us much appreciative Vegetarian Options. Kitchen staff was very cooperative. Beach: The description that the Hotel is on the Beach/Beach facing is wrong, "It is very close (approx 200-300M walking) to the beach. Easily you can take a walk upto beach. Swimming Pool: Small Pool on the Top.

The bar on the rooftop is closed. The wifi could be faster and more stable.

The room was fine: spacious enough, clean enough, and comfortable enough. There were a desk to use my laptop and a large closet. They provide basic toiletries. The aircon works well enough. The shower works well. The swimming pool is nice and there's a nice reading area on the rooftop. The staff is efficient. The location is good, just a hundred meters away from the beach. There are several shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Breakfast is okay: some Vietnamese food, eggs, some fruit, vegetables, and jam, and coffee and tea of course. The cost is extremely reasonable.

walls are pretty thin, you hear a lot what’s happening in the street, and we were on the 8th floor so can’t imagine if you’re a few floors lower. our bathroom got pretty flooded for some reason. but others than that great value for money

We're group of 5, booked 3 bedroom penthouse apartment aiming to live together of having fun. Ended up we found an ensuite master is separated from other 2 BR apartment by a elevator lobby. As people and staff can easily gain access to each floor, we therefore have to close our front door which was a let down to us. Apartments itself are a bit rundown but overall is comfortable and money worthy.

Excellent location, walking distance to beach, seafood restaurants and dining places. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Funny thing is both times I stay here and I had same problems with the bathroom lock-knob, but it is a minor issue.

This is my second times I stayed this place because it very close to My Khe Beach, main street and many food places at front door. I select apartment style with 2 rooms for my family. It is roomy, clean and comfy. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is poor with only 1 soup option but I guess because of there is no traveler at this time of the year.
