Small amount of building noise...not long periods Not full hot buffet breakfast... because not enough guests for 3 of our 4 days... But eggs made to order the way you want...I had omelettes with the lot and went back for more.. Also bacon,fruit cereals,salads, cold meat and cheese,...also they had 4 options for Vietnamese hot dishes each day. Pot coffee on brew....pay extra for barista coffee.

Everything!! Could not fault the hotel, the staff were amazing and we build good relationships with them in our 3 night stay, the food was traditional and extremely fresh with variety and the facilities were outstanding - specifically the bikes available, wellness centre, gym and pool. We will definitely be back next year!!!

I can't find anything to improve here.

It is hard to find a better experience here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are in good condition, well decorated, and beautiful. The swimming pool is a big plus for this place. The breakfast is good and suitable for both Asian and European guests.

The property was absolutely beautiful. And it was clean. The complimentary breakfast spread was worth every single penny. The staff right from the reception to chefs, room service, housekeeping, pool etc etc were extremely helpful and polite. In our entirety of stay, not just in hoi an, but also Vietnam, this was our favourite. Also the pool is amazing. And they provided us the scooter/bicycles too.

The breakfast was fantastic there were so many options and they changed each day! Our room was fantastic and cleaned each day for us. Gigi was such a great help during our stay and was always so accommodating. The pool was lovely and lots of options for seating. There wasn't a day that we couldn't sit by the pool. The hotel is so much more picaresque that the photos and such a lovely place to lounge around. Very family friendly. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Can be noisy with the walls being very thin. Was woken at 6am one morning with house keeping dragging furniture across the floor in the room directly above ours.

Weekend pool was really busy with families so lots of kids playing. This is great of course I'm not complaining just pretty noisy all day want to be honest about it. Staff however did ensure that it wasn't too crazy! Breakfast buffet good, though few more cereals etc would be useful although that's personal preference. At weekend , as it was busy, quite a lot of food etc was running low and tables needed clearing so perhaps few more staff needed at the time. Again not an issue just being objective.

Hotel and room were beautifully presented, beds firm and comfortable excellent a/c. Super clean hotel with fantastic large pool and quite a lot of sunbeds in and out of pool. Staff superb. Excellent value. Great location 5 min scooter ride from old town but very quiet and peaceful.

I had the best stay here. The staff was the highlight of the hotel, always so kind and helpful! The room was big, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The pool, the breakfast,… the entire place was really great. We rent a motorbike the 3 days we stayed there and it took us 5 minutes to the city centre. But you can also use the bicycles they have there! If you want to stay a little but outside of the city center and have some quiet and peaceful time in Hoi An, this is the place for you.

We stayed 3 nights in The Saga hotel. When we arrived in the hotel we got a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was very large and the beds were so comfortable. Best nights of sleep during our trip in vietnam. The breakfast was also very extensive with multiple types of eggs, a lot of fruit, good coffee and traditional vietnamese food. The staff was very helpfull during our stay. The hotel was close to the old town of hoi an (5 minutes with a taxi which is only 1 usd). All things considered, we had a perfect stay and will come back to the Saga if we are back in Vietnam!

Hotel was perfect for our stay. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options both hot and cold, I enjoyed the omelets and bacon every day. The pool was amazing, and my family enjoyed that. For us location was perfect an easy GRAB to the old town or to the beach. We had the twin room with pool view, again would recommend those rooms. And finally the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Defiantly recommended and we will be back for sure

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.
