We loved the localisation of the hotel: close to the beach and the city centre, including the night market. We loved our room on the last floor, and the service: Ellie was very helpful, she helped us to arrange our trip to another city for a cheap price. She was in direct contact with a bus driver (no English speaker) and even after her working hours, she was monitoring our trip as she wanted to ensure everything went well (and it did!). Also, we did not have much time in Da Nang but wanted to visit both, the Marble and Monkey mountains. Thuc from the hotel offered himself and drove us to both attractions - he was so kind that he waited for us and when we finished our visits, he took us back to the hotel where the bus arranged by Ellie was waiting for us. Very nice, helpful and kind staff, thanks to them we felt very safe and secure. Thank you so much, guys <3

We had amazing stay. Great location, lovely room and comfortable bed, nice swimming pool. The staff was very helpful and worked really hard to make us feel at home. My children are always telling me they miss this hotel and it is there favourite. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at White Sand Boutjque Hotel. It's the best option if you are looking for a clean hotel close to the beach and 15mins for walking to Dragon Bridge. The room was clean cozy and the staff here were very friendly. The indoor swimming pool is perfect since it's hot or rainy outside. I'll stay again at White Sand in the next trip to Danang..

I had a problem with the steps to enter the hotel because I hurt my knee.

The hotel was so clean and my room was big. Beautiful view of the sea and the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful and did everything to make my stay good. Lovely staff so friendly and nice . Thankyou to Ellie, Joyce and Bryan . It was great talking and having a laugh with them. I would recommend this hotel. Good value for money.

The staff was amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and had lots of options. It is located a short walk from the Dragon Bridge in one direction and a couple blocks from the beach in the other. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location to the beach fantastic, location to mini mart just around the corner for your essentials, beautiful hotel very well presented. Rooms very nice. We had a great view as well. The real diamond to this hotel is its staff. All smiling, all willing to acknowledge you and greet you. From the footpath to the breakfast table. Sunny and Joyce at reception were just a fantastic help. Happy and helpful. A true asset to the business. Would not go past the White Sand when staying in Da Nang.

There was nothing I could fault this this hotel.

Lovely staff, Sunny was super friendly and helpful at reception, and Harry was our private driver and took us to all our activities very reasonably priced transport and accommodation. Hotel rooms were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Nice pool and gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again.

The hotel is in a super convenient location being near the beach, night markets and dragon bridge. Lalisa the receptionist is super helpful with booking everything for you and is so friendly along with all the other staff including the hotels drivers who are so nice. The rooms are spacious with a comfy bed the hotel is good value for money.
