Boutique@10 made our trip to Cape Town an amazing experience. Beach and Jen are wonderful people and the best hosts you could ask for. Amazing breakfast every morning followed by beautiful sunsets every evening. The patio and pool provide excellent views across Camps Bay and Lion's Head. The staff was amazing all around, rooms large and comfy, and Beach and Jen were able to provide recommendations for local restaurants, hikes, and other places to visit while in town. 10/10 experience all around!

Jen and Beach really make the stay amazing. They are there whenever you need anything. Oh and at this point you must have read something about the breakfast - we can confirm it’s as good as the reviews say it is. I’d go for the pancakes every day - but if you’re more an omelet type of person.. the omelettes are to die for as well!

There is absolutely nothing to complain!

We loved everything! Beach and Jennifer were so lovely and helped us to organize everything. It really felt like staying with friends. The breakfast was superb with eggs, pancakes, fresh juices, yoghurt, bagels and a view over Camps Bay and Lions Head. The Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and really clean. Thanks again for everything!!

I loved everything from Jenny and her husband Beach to the beautiful room we had. I actually wouldn’t call it a room, a suite! Beautiful location, decor on point. Let me not get started on breakfast!!!! I like the family affair that we had going on there with other guests. Nothing to fault. We would definitely go back again and again.

The owners of boutique@10, Beach and Jessica, are exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. The location of the small boutique villa with 4 suites is outstanding because of its magnificent view of the entire bay of Camps Bay. From the first day, you feel like you belong to a family. We spend our mini honeymoon weekend here.The owners was absolutely more than willing to accommodate each and every need we had. Even gave us a complimentary champagne for our honeymoon weekend. The breakfast was the best we've ever had at any accommodation ever. Stunning room with the most beautiful views. We'll definitely be returning here in the future.

Jennifer and Beach were some exceptional hosts, from the moment you just cross the door inside the house you are given a very warm welcome and make sure you feel comfortable and like at home. They attended each one of our needs, and went far and beyond to make our stay the best experience. The room was fantastic, beautiful decoration and the views from the room are breathtaking. If you are a foodie, Beach is a wonderful cook, and makes sure you have a freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Definitely an amazing experience, and if I'm back at Cape Town definitely would stay there again!

I would give Boutique@10 an 11/10 score if I could. Jennifer and Beach make you feel so welcome, bring you so much joy and give you lots of tips for visiting and dining. It felt like seeing your best friends back after a long time. Had a great time, great breakfast too ! Superb views from the rooms on the upper floor. Definitely will be back. Must book if you are in CPT !

If you are not a good sleeper you might get frustrated with some noices from other rooms, kitchen and terrace in the morning…
