White towels and mats were clean but stained, need replacing Fancy bathroom decor but the shower rose didn't stretch far enough over the tiled area Minibar implies it is stocked, rather say a bar fridge is available

Breakfast was nicely cooked but the omelette was full of onion which was not mentioned in the menu. Addition of mushrooms was much appreciated.

For our nerds it was good.

It was good value for a one night stay. Rooms comfortable but common areas were somewhat limited if one was staying for a holiday. Location was good but not on beach so sea view is a bit of a sideways glance.

The breakfast options was very limited, and the quantity was very small (one egg and one slice of toast). The quality of the breakfast items was also lacking (cheap juice and yogurt). The breakfast room is also unpleasant, with the beautiful view they have, they could benefit by installing sliding doors, and opening it up for everyone to enjoy the fresh air. The whole dining hall needs a revamp. I also did not like the fact that guests had direct access to the kitchen. A guest with very long hair was leaning on the kitchen counter to complete her breakfast order form for the next day. The balconies are not well kept and the furniture on the balcony is old(by the rooms). There is no balcony privacy, contractors continuously walk right past your room. No bins outside to throw away takeaway rubbish. The pillows in the room are very uncomfortable and there is only one blanket. An extra one should be left in the cupboard.

The room was clean, the products given were very nice. Coffee, tea, milk and water given everyday. Aircon working. Free Netflix provided. Pool was clean. Situated walking distance to the beach. Central to stores. Staff were super friendly. Even allowed a late checkout to accommodate our flight.

Parking space was cramped.. No passage, we had to access our room upstairs via other people's balconies and it was raining. The balconies are not covered. The shower floor also flooded when bathing.

Was disappointed that it wasnt as posh as one would expect from a Boutique Hotel as advertised. Its more like an upperclass B&B and therefore their room rates are very expensive. Parking was also a bit challenging.

Lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed aircon rooms. Facility very clean with well maintained pool and garden. Walking distance to beach and nicely located to good restaurants.
