Nothing! The property is set back from the restaurants and bars but it’s so easy to get an Uber and undoubtedly worth it to be surrounded by beautiful views and peace and serenity

This place is absolutely stunning! Monique really takes care of you and thinks of all the little details to make your stay extra special. The apartment is very romantic and we were lucky enough that in April the sun sets right in front of the terrace.

Gorgeous suite in a wonderful location with outstanding mountain and ocean views. Really comfortable space with a big cozy bed, beautiful bathroom, and a very spacious outdoor terrace. Monique is a fantastic, fun loving host, who couldn't have been be more helpful both before and during our stay. Highly recommend Four Uitsig as a base for your time in Cape Town

I can’t think of anything that would make this place better

This place was wow from the moment you walked in. Exception views, absolutely stunning terrace and bathroom. Felt like your own little slice of heaven. Lovely to enjoy the mornings and early evenings on the terrace.

The location of the house is great : it is surrounded by natural reserve, river nearby, view of ocean, lions head and 12 apostles. The suite is spacious and very well decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the other facilities (furniture on the private terrace) are very good. We immediately felt home with the friendliness, care and special touches of Monique and her staff. Thanks a lot !

My husband and I visited Cape Town for my 30th birthday and stayed at Four Uitsig for just under a week. Monique and Jon, the hosts are such a lovely and warm couple, and welcomed us with a a lovely surprise in our room of a birthday card and a fabulous bottle of wine! The property itself is beautifully unique, inside and out (furnished with some fantastic artwork and decor). It’s luxurious but comfortable and ‘homey’ at the same time - and is in a great location with incredible 360 views (the sunset view is to die for). I could go on and on, but in summary we fell in love with this place and will definitely be coming back to stay on our next visit to Cape Town (when the weather’s a bit warmer) 💛.

What I don’t like that we have to leave this place after we fall in love into it

The pictures show how beautiful is the place but being there you can live and feel how it is exceptional from the moment of reception till you leave. I can keep describing how the place was beautiful but I can’t ignore one of the main reasons which made our stay above expectations our host Monique. How she was lovely and kind. This property was picturesque inside out. The architecture was unique, the decor was charming, the views of the surrounding mountains and ocean were stunning. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet it is conveniently located to all the major attractions. Our room was cleaned everyday and replenished with water and snacks. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by our host Monique and shown around as well as surprised with a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne (since we don’t drink). If we are ever back in Cape Town we will definitely stay here again!

The location is absolutely perfect with a stunning view from the terrace to the table mountain, the twelve apostles, the lion’s head and the sea. The host was very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for couples. The room was equipped with many lovely additions such as fresh flowers, fruits, etc..
