I woud be lying really, Everything was just perfect. I did not see anything to criticize. my experience at Ocean GEM was 100%.

The view was just perfect, the facility was fully equipped we had everything that we needed. It really exceeded our expectations. The directions to locate the facility was just perfect it was more like a quest/quiz that i really enjoyed following the directions from the videos sent, the fact that i was trusted with the place was just amazing felt trusted indeed,,,,,

The view was the best. The comfort of the apartment was there... the owner went out of her way to make sure we were in our comfort zones. Sending tutorial videos on how to use things. Where to park and also was prepared incase of loadshedding emergencies or water emergencies

Beautiful view! Amazing sunrises. Excellent location, beach and great restaurants/ coffee shops on your doorstep. Attention to detail, everything you need plus back up for power outages. Very thoughtful planning and great communication from the host.

I couldn't stay for longer.

I just want to go back. It was perfect. The apartment is equipped with enough things for a very comfortable. Sheena is the most organized host I have ever encountered. She was very informative. Check in and out was very smooth. The location is perfect. If you reading the reviews looking for signs... This is your sign! Book this apartment now. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely place to stay great value for money. It has an amazing view. The apartment was clean, had everything needed. The staff and guards was very pleasant. Overall great place for a small relaxing getaway👍❤️

Perfectly located on the beachfront with magical and unending view of the ocean. At the center of Umdloti with easy access to beaches and within meters or restaurants, coffee shops and general shops. A stunning unit which invites relaxation and peace. The hostess has gone the extra mile to deal with loadshedding challenges as well as extra touches like coffee pods for that first morning cup of coffee, a good choice in TV channels and free WiFi. She kept us informed of all check in arrangements and logistics in plenty of time. This place is a treasure, I can't wait to go back.

The main bedroom quiet small so not able to move around easily. A bit cramped for family of x4. Also only 1 bathroom and toilet available which can be challenging with 2 adults and 2 young adults.

We did have a problem with the door code…in both getting into the unit and out…but the owner was very helpful…the unit had extra “little” touches which made it very welcoming..

The apartment is above two restaurants and unfortunately we could smell the cooking if we were on the balcony.

The shower hot water took a while to warm up but there is a sign to warn of this. The bedroom on the front door side is exposed to passage and stairway lights which are great for security but make it difficult to sleep if one is accustomed to a dark room in which to sleep. One definitely needs to take a eye mask.

Great view, clean, and very conveniently situated - restaurants close by and 10mins to the airport.
