The pictures on the internet and reviews prior to booking are the opposite of what we found after checking in and our room had people in it on our arrival then they had to arrange us another room

The location doesn't come across as completely safe, and the gates are not electronic. Someone manually opens and closes the gate.

The place was clean, quiet, with decent parking for my vehicle. It was a perfect stop for a couple on the move.

The hotel is a MUSLIM HOTEL> No bar, no bacon etc..............No problem, but you should let people know. Hotel was run down, in overall poor condition and food was not great

Not a good area, delapidated building, only Halaal food. Worst of all being awakened by domestic violence in the hallway of our floor in the early morning from just before 01h00 te morning for over a hour !!!!

The hotel was being renovated, the room smelt like a construction worker was working inside. The hotel doesn't have a proper place to serve food. The staff uses the Cushions from the chairs to sleep on the floor. The chicken Alfredo had no mushrooms or chicken fillets but more like chicken sausage. When we asked the chef he insists that it's chicken fillets. But wait the best is yet too come. We left our room at 3pm and arrived early hours of the morning to find out someone came in our room, took a shit & a shower, used all the bathroom accessories, my wife's bag was handled and yet they still go too reception and get another room, they hotel did nothing to notify us about the situation, only when we arrive at 2:45am we find this out. Blessing the guy at reception doesn't know what to do, they have no manager on duty, no security, absolutely nobody else but the guy at reception. Noman "The manager" phone was off but we spoke to him prior and he says he needs to see cctv footage and he'll get back too me. Still waiting up till now. But wait there's more..... the key I had for my room opens all the doors in the hotels. Just ask room 102 & 114. My absolute worst stay of my life in a hotel. They need to be closed down. They do not saying they are currently renovating their property they only have signs of no refunds all over when you enter. Outside of the property looks diminished & this supposed to be a 4* hotel.

There was actually nothing to like. It was my worst accommodation that I've stayed in. Yet I've stayed there previously and it was 20 x better than this stay.

The hallways smelled like smoke. Got given the wrong key card (my room didn’t even open with keycard, just normal key) but card given could open room next to mine (other occupants inside). No shade netting and un neat parking lot. Unorganized and cluttered reception desk.

Did not get the rooms that was booked(Ground floor) No room service as advertised. Reception couldn't allocate payment. We had to open the gates ourselves for the parking area. Parking area is in bad condition. No mini bar as advertised. Strugled to allocate facilities (pool, spa and restaurant)Other guest left doors of their rooms open, any person walking in hallway could see inside the occupied rooms. Reception didn't explain where to locate our rooms. Only one lift was working. Staircase wasn't accessable. The room didn't have a coffee machine as advertised. The kettle cord was to short to reach a plug(I had to place the kettle on the carpet) there was no scissors to open the coffee and milk sachet (I had to use my teeth)

The sheets was nice and fresh. Cleaning crew kept the room in perfect condition. The aircon was great during the heat.

The room had few issues, constant trip of electricity and plugs as a result we weren’t able to charge our phones over night. The bathroom of the room also had a problem with the shower head, water was spraying out of the shower to the floor and also leaking out of the shower. Room was cleaned very late and had to make arrangements for staff to clean.

The location is well placed relevant to the centre of the City. Very welcoming staff and receptionist. Very efficient staff maintenance staff

The location is in a very bad area. There is a funny smell in the hotel. I expected to find a fully operating restaurant, which was not the case. No bacon is served at the buffet breakfast. There are no shops close by and you have to drive through a very sketchy area to get anywhere.

Our room TV was not working, when we informed them about it, we were told maintenance is not available to assist they will only be able to send them the next morning, we checked out at 10:45 the next morning and still waited. When we phoned for someone to assist with luggage, they said they are sending someone, we ended up waiting 30 minutes and still no one has pitched, we ended up carrying all luggage ourselves. Maintenance team is grinding and working with power tools while you are there, very noisy and dusty smell all over the hall due to the work they do. We pay for a stay and facilities is out of order, noisy environment.

The room was clean, receptionist that check us in was very friendly.
