Rooms need an upgrade. Carpets not in good condition, bedding old. Needs crisp new bedding.

Very spacious, Quiet, great position, easy to find and park. Perfect for a stop if on a road trip. Friendly, laid back Staff. Excellent Breakfast.

When maintenance wanted to enter the room even though I told them I was in the shower. My husband, unfortunately, forgot to double lock it again after checking on the noise in the hallway. The heater didn't work. The wardrobes couldn't close. I used elastic bands to keep it from opening ... but other than that... we had a great time.. thanks a stack

Bath water wasn’t hot during prime bathing times. Bathroom could be much cleaner and a toilet brush would be useful.

The swimming pool was green so we could not swim.

The hotel is in a great location with restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is always a nice halfway stopover.

The hotel did not look at all like the photos. I expected a lot more. The property is old and in disrepair in many places. The IT system was very slow and reception was working very slowly.

The rooms were a bit basic, the TV did not have proper signal and would have loved proper channels. Also for those with babies maybe an option to arrange to have a baby bed eg camping cot in the rooms on request would be a bonus

The breakfast setup, Salon, pool and play area are all very inviting which puts them in the category of boat cruises and resorts.

Our keycard stopped working several times and we had to go to reception every time to get it sorted. The hotel needs maintenance but it is in decent shape.

The hotel needs some work to be done. It needs to be refreshed... It looks old especially the rooms facing the small inside garden(which was lovely...)the wood on the outside veranda needs to be replaced and refurbished. The doors not nice, the lamps very old. The size of the room was lovely but the plugs were not working properly and in the bathroom there was a loud noise coming from the air extractor, it was tiring after a few minutes.

Breakfast was fantastic. A big choice. The location of the Hotel wonderful. The lady Prudence at the reception very very helpful and professional.

The fridge is too small. Housekeeping can do a bit more with the cleaning of the showers.

The facilities for the children could have been better. The pool table is really old and terrible. The games didn’t work and the games area is in a bad condition. The pool lounger pillows could have been in a better condition too.

Room size. Broken toilet roll holder....doesn't befit a hotel. Always a damp, moldy smell in the room. Room including bathroom need some TLC. Paint peeling off the table top in the room. Parking area

1 night stay is too little for all the activities they have. Breakfast variety was good. Bed was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach and shops.
