The extra charge was too much than the accommodation price shown on the menu page and this was not disclosed clearly. Customer care was bad. There were no provision of other facilities like soaps into the bathroom and towels, no tea groceries for self catering and No hot or warm water for bathing?

Residential flat, not very good area. Water was closed by kids that live at the flat. Surprise breakage deposit Not worth the amount

The hosting, the place smelled really bad, the beddings were old and smelled bad. There were cockroaches and it was not a good neighborhood. They said that they went through extensive renovating the cupboards in the kitchen were old and not closing. Upon arrival the place was not cleaned properly and was dusty.

The host was not reachable. Had to wait outside the gate for the host to arrive. One of the tenants opened for us luckily so we can be inside the yard while we waited for the host. Also had to duck monkeys. Promised to send us WiFi Password and the host did not send it to ended up not having any wifi or Television to watch during the stay. The place is okay just a little bit cold and lonely it's not as warm and welcoming.

I didn't like the fact that I was not able to them on the phone I never check in same day, because the owner never answer my calls from day 1.

Old brown towels, definitely not for guests to use. Small curtains, big windows so you will definitely know when the sun rises! One of the rooms has no windows so you only have a fan to use as ventilation.

The housekeeper was so kind and understanding. We got there very late but she waited and showed us the place.

There were problems with the wifi. Owners non responsive. No water for an entire day and night.

We are still waiting for the refund, since we didn't even spend an hour there. the place looks so dirty, and the bedding was smelly like someone was sleeping in. There was also cleaning equipment and detergents in large containers 3x25l placed in the kitchen. The kitchen cupboard door was also not safe, broken. Yet they said nothing about it until we asked.

No air conditioner...mosquitoes were swarming us...less ventilation....bedding in all rooms were not cleaned at all...sheets and pillows smelling terrible.

I made the booking through booking.com, and I specified that I was traveling with a 3 year old child. However, the booking description and the actual location of the property were completely different and misleading. When I arrived at the property, I found out that it was in a very unsafe and unsanitary area. There was a sign at the entrance of the complex that advertised the hourly rates of the rooms, which implied that the place was used for illicit activities. The apartment itself was in a terrible condition. The beds and linen were dirty and stained, and there were no blinds or curtains on the windows. The lady who greeted me said that the owner was renovating the place, all they did was paint. The pictures and the write up on the website were nothing like what I saw in reality. This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience, and I felt that I was deceived and cheated by this property. I had to find another accommodation for me and my family, which caused me a lot of inconvenience and extra expenses.

I did not even stay due to that the apartment is far from Everything.also I was surprised that another 750was needed.Sorry I was not able to stay there u didn't cater for my needs of which I cancelled My stay there.how I wish if my money can be return to me.without any hustle I'm asking for waiver refund of my money
