Fridge had no shelves in the door - someone must have broken them and not replaced. Big echoey main living area meant the bedroom upstairs was very unprotected from any noise and felt hot due to rising heat from below and the living room wasn’t very cosy. Load shedding protection didn’t cover lights and sockets. There was a box in the corner of the room but it didn’t seem to do anything. That meant bathrooms dark during power cuts. You can’t sit on the balcony which was a bit small but fine to stand on.

Great pool, warm with amazing view. Secure underground car park. Washing and drying facilities. Very good air conditioning. Massive kitchen. Great communication from property in booking app and WhatsApp. Early check in arranged by Marudza without me even asking. Would stay again.

The second bedroom had a fan in but still could benefit from having aircon.

The one bedroom was an open plan loft, fine maybe for kids but not an adult couple. The loft was hot and without air- conditioning. (Hot air rises so the aircon below had no effect.)

The DSTV was not working for 3 of my 4 days of stay. The previous people who stayed in the flat did report malfunction of DSTV and management didn't anything about it.

The place was beautiful and well kept. The caretaker was my hero because he did everything in his power to get my DSTV to work. The staff were very helpful

I would have made the housekeeping part of the package. The couch is super uncomfortable. And then I would put maybe just 2 or 4 bottles of still water in the fridge. Go the extra mile for guests. Then the person checking you in should have an attitude even when you mentioned your checking in late because of your flight time.

The cleaning staff kept on drinking my bottle of vodka in our room and they would just wash the dishes and not clean the room…. I really wish for the management to change the cleaning staff, or else they will loose clients due to this

Please follow up on requests made on the booking form. I had requested an extra large bed (king) and we were in a queen bed. They did move us to the room with the extra large bed.

Everything, the view, the room was super clean and everything was in good order. The inverter was an awesome touch! The privacy is amazing and the fact that you do not get to see most of the guests when going up to your apartment.

Personally, I wish the bedroom had the same air con in the living room as it got cold in there. We got used to loadshedding but it would help a lot if guests are offered a note on the different times it'll happen. On our check- out morning, it commenced at 8am which was a bit of inconvenience. I'm not sure why, but the bath tub water was brown! The shower, bath sink and kitchen tap water was fine but I couldn't understand the bath situation.

This place is beyond stunning, we'll be back! Staff are kind. We loved everything. The look of the place, the utensils that met all our needs, from cutlery to a vase. The view was just beyond stunning and the pool, although very cold. We appreciated the way our apartment was kept clean, just wish our boxes of espresso coffee and savoury biscuits were checked before being chucked away - this is just a tip to the house keeping.
