It that I was told that I will have 2 bed 2 room and I only find 1 bed and it was four people

I like the view and the place it was clean and free to move around.

The only thing I didn't like it that the room I booked were showing the big fridge,and big stove,but when I reach there I found bar fridge,and the stove were haven't got oven.

View,the inside how it set,but some of the things need to be changed cs it's old,like the outside chairs near the pool,the wall need to be cleaned cs the birds are messing up.

The property is located close to a muslim church so the noise from the prayers could unfortunately be heard from the apartment.

I loved the close proximity to the beach. There's also quite a lot of activities to do in the vicinity. Also, the location is close to shops which came in handy as the apartment was self catering.

There were roaches especially in the kitchen....that was the only thing that bothered us.

I loved the pool it was nice clean....loved the view and the fact that we could watch Netflix for mom and dad and my child also had his own favorite shows he could watch.

The bedding was not super clean there were hair on the pillow and on the sheets.

I liked the place ,was short walking distance to the ocean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet we had a great time with my family.

I don't know why we are being deceived about the sauna and hot tub. Both are currently closed. Microwave needs to be replaced. I wish the warm shower issue was fixed a little earlie because I had to take a lukewarm shower throughout my stay. Being unable to reach the hotel before my stay really bothered me. You can't call the hotel you can only reach the host through Whatsapp. There is coffee sachets but no milk or sugar (probably because it's a self catering). The choice of coffee 🙁. No bath soap. Room heating would also be nice especially in winter. Curtains would do for the sliding door and window. With all the afore mentioned complaints I still recommend this hotel if you are looking for peace of mind.

The balcony which leads to sea view. Smart TV, I was able to stream music through YoutubeMusic. (Netflix, Apple TV, Show max). Cleanliness. Securities are friendly. I liked the old grey haired guy. The fact that I was able to do an early check in. The host was responsive during my stay. The fact that the room is as shown here. Told one of the security guys who did night shift that my shower wasn't hot. It looks like he fixed the issue because this morning it was hot. The pool. The environment is so peaceful and safe. Walked to circus circus (beach cafe). As well as to Sun Coast. Everything is easily accessible including public transport. This hotel stands a chance of being a 10 star self catering hotel only if they'd fix minor issues.

Cockroaches just threw me off.The place is infested with cockroaches.I little bathroom upgrade and bedroom cupboards would lit the place up .

The location is within a walking distance to the beach.The braai facility and swimming pool are a plus.The balcony was a bonus.I truly liked the place.
