Effortless check in/out. Complimentary cookies was unexpected and appreciated. Stayed in room 334. Had beautiful mountain views. Bed was very comfy. Bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities in room. Enough hanging space. Room clean and comfortable.

We had to stay an extra night, unexpectedly. The price increase from one night to the next was an unexpected shock.

The secure parking is a plus. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient and offers good meals. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The shuttle to the 2 oceans marathon in the morning of the race was the best. Priceless!!! And that is reason why I will be comimg back in the coming years.

Very comfortable hotel with convenient and affordable underground parking. We really enjoyed shuttle service to the V&A waterfront.

Even after housekeeping, the room floor always felt grainy & dirty. The bathroom floor felt sticky and moist even before showering I don't know if the extractor wasn't working - the 1 time it felt like there was proper cleaning was on Saturday (guess a different person cleaned). I don't know how often bed linen needed to be changed but twice bed linen looked, smelled and felt unclean. The gym didn't have clean towels and water several times I was there (had to ring reception for this) and dirty towels from the previous day would still be in the gym midday the following day. There should be equipment disinfectant in the gym to clean equipment before/after use. Large group guests were too noisy early mornings and late nights.

I didn't like that even as an honours member of Hilton I could not claim my point because I booked via booking.com. it's like Virgin saying you can't claim your airmiles because you booked your flight on Expedia. Needless to say that out the whole experience of checking in into a sour one. I also was sent a link to bid for an upgrade which the hotel and no clue about until I showed them all the email communications with their team. Very poor communication and there was no resolution to this issue.

I like the general decor of the reception and bedrooms. The staff (Dumisani) who helped with our bags was amazing! A true ambassador of South African hospitality.

We prefer a bed with one mattress. The next time we will ask for it.

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff is very friendly. We liked the free shuttle to the V&A. Apart from the main restaurant there were 2 other restaurants and a small shop on site. We can highly recommend that hotel.

Nothing much, the main light in our room just wasn’t working, but the lights by the bed made up for it.

It was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly, and all the services were very amenable. The location and building also felt very safe.

I was hoping to get a bath tub because the pictures showed a bath. And I had my son with so it was a bit difficult for him to wash.

The only thing that could be criticized is the region it is located. However, even from there it takes only 10 minutes to Waterfront via Uber.
