We battled with smoke in the house when we were using the fireplace. Also only found out on the second day that we can have the gas bottles refilled.

The house is spacious and very well furnished. The bedding is of excellent quality. Lovely bathrooms.

It was really cold. The property would benefit from some heaters or electric blankets to warm beds.

The location is great - the lady that came to clean the property was very kind and helpful.

The fireplace could be closer to where the tv areas are and in fact perhaps just move the dinning room table to the kitchen area and move tv and couches towards the fireplace. It was far to feel the heat when seating on the other side and would recommend a closed fire place for the house so that it can generate the eat needed without the smoke. The house is too big for an open fireplace.

The house itself has got a really good flow and setup and is a delight to be in and to just relax and enjoy. The fact that the doors all open up gives a feeling of space and is a pleasure to be in.

The main bedroom bed was a bit small and the heater in the main lounge stopped working efficiently on Saturday night. There was no extra mattress/single bed for a kid who shares a room with parents. No covered parking for vehicles.

The rooms were very spacious for our family, the access to netflix was very convenient. The house is very well represented.

Perfectly located on a tranquil golf course surrounded by majestic mountains overlooking the town of Clarens. Close to main attractions. The house was modern, warm and very comfortable. Impeccably neat.

The main bedroom shower outlet is a bit blocked, so needs to be opened up, but cannot complain about anything.

It was big, comfortable with everything that you needed.

No aircons in Bedrooms Something is seriously wrong with electricity - Toaster trips the earth leakage but keep on working with rest of the plugs in the house dead. Bedroom 2 - Hot water feed to face wash basin is twisted - To be rectified Bedrooms 3 - Shower floor is not sealed and water leaks all over the room 2 x Outdoor chairs are broken and can't be used. Almost all bracketery in the Bedrooms are loose, I believe is was not properly fixed in the first place. Front door touch on the floor tipes when open towards the inside. Braai pergola beams are not all bolted and is a safety hazzard.

The pool needs a step to get in and out - was difficult for some to get in and out as its deep - even in the shallow part

Everything was great.

The property was secure, clean and more beautiful than the photos. Check-in was smooth and simple. Emily was available at all times for questions.

The stoop\patio did not have a roof. On the rainy days we could not sit outside even if it was not too cold to sit outside. The chairs on the patio was a little bit uncomfortable but all and all everything was great. We also would have loved some mirrors in the rooms and also some bedside lamps.

The home was amazing. It was build recently and we loved the modern look. The swimming pool was amazing and we loved it. The 4 bedrooms was amazing for our two families with 4 kids. We had more than enough space for everyone.

The gas could have been filled, as we did nit have gas the first day.the second and last day we did nit have hot water. We could not use the kettle
