This is a lovely riad located just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Gate inside the medina. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Nadir and Omar make you feel at home! Breakfast is rich, traditional and delicious. It is served on a breathtaking terrace with amazing views of the medina and the surrounding landscape. The pickup service from the airport was great. We also went on an early morning tour and were given a takeaway breakfast, which was a smart and much-appreciated solution. Highly recommended!

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. That means no need to drag luggage around. From right after the booking till departure, I am well taken care by Ahmed and Mama. It was truly home away from home experience and I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

Everything, the aesthetics, the space, and most importantly, Imad and Hanae were helping us so much. The location is a bit distant (20 minutes by walk) from the heart of Medina but we think it's an advantage, since it's way quieter at night!
