We arrived early, and Sharifa kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. The check-in process was smooth and relaxing. Our original booking was for two nights, but after our first night, we decided to extend our stay for an additional five nights. Sharifa and Laila were very helpful in finding us the best rate and a beautiful room on the same floor. Breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh-to-order omelettes and eggs. We also booked excursions through the hotel and were very pleased with the service. From the airport, we took a taxi to Riad Atlas Palace. We were dropped off just outside the Medina, and it was only a one-minute walk to the riad’s door. The location is extremely convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this riad—very clean, with courteous and attentive staff across the front desk, concierge, and restaurant.

HOTEL RIAD CHAMI está ubicado en el centro de Marrakech, a 2 minutos a pie de Plaza Djemaa El Fna, y ofrece una terraza. Location was perfect for walking to the medina square and for getting access to transport for my airport transfer. Tea and delightful pastries were served on arrival - so appreciated. Delicious packed breakfast was provided as I checked out earlier than when breakfast was served. This hotel is a true gem.

Our host Niial and his staff took very good care of us and nothing was too much trouble. We took full advantage of the rooftop pool and sun terrace. Lovely breakfasts and great staff. Would recommend as great value for money. Riad is within the medina.

Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

This riad was very nice, mainly the location and authenticity. Still, the best part of it was the staff, especially Ismail and Hamza. They were really helpful, kind and took care of us the entire time.
