Location os excellent. The views from the hotel were amazing. Walkable distance to all Quebec attractions. Early checking was possible and the Valet parking was also very convenient and affordable. Staff were excellent

Staff was very nice and cordial. The room was absolutely neat and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect with number of restaurats near by. Gas stations are close by.

Clean rooms, seamless check in and check out. Breakfast was good and had a good spread.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the best part of the old town. The room was exceptional, the view fantastic and the experience wonderful.

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

Everything what a beautiful place to stay. I had the presidential suite and it was exactly that. Apart from the Jacuzzi bath, I couldn’t work out the buttons even with the instructions that were left under the sink.

The location was excellent, it was a short distance walk from everything I wanted to see. The parking lot behind the building was hard to find, but once we found it, it was extremely convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful including the concierge who was knowledgeable about the area. There was a good mix of English and French. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the foyer, very warm and welcoming. Close to numerous bars and a great bakery.

Location, price and close to the parking garage. We booked the room with the private bathroom down the hall. Not sure what to expect but it was more than fine. We were close to everything. Reception lady helpful with the parking and didn’t mind me not speaking a word of French.

Great location, nice modern room with comfy bed and appreciated the coffee machine. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful when needed.

The location was perfect, and the size of the room was fantastic. The beds were huge and super comfortable. The restaurant La Buchette was so good, great vibe and yummy food.

This hotel was featured in the famous Korean drama Goblin (Guardian: The Lonely and Great God), which aired around 2016–2017. My wife (then girlfriend) and I visited here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staying at this hotel had been on our wishlist for a long time, so simply being here felt like a dream come true. Everything about our experience was truly satisfying. After a warm and friendly explanation from the front desk, we decided to upgrade to the Suite Roosevelt Room (Heritage Building) for an additional charge. We had the entire 11th floor to ourselves, and the stay was absolutely delightful. As travelers with a dog, we couldn’t dine in the hotel restaurants, but we ordered room service instead—and the food was outstanding. Earlier that day, I had ordered a medium-rare steak at an outside restaurant, but it disappointingly came out medium-well to well-done twice. However, the tenderloin steak we ordered from room service here was perfectly cooked—a beautiful pink medium-rare, just the way I like it. The desserts, including the chocolate cake and Queen Elizabeth cake, were also excellent—sweet but not overly so, and much lighter than many desserts in North America. While the room rate is certainly higher than nearby hotels, I believe the experience is absolutely worth it—at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommended if you ever get the chance to stay here!

Great location. The building is modern and aesthetic. Being a monastery, there's a beautiful curated exhibition about it's history. The breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms, although shared, were large and spotless. As a solo female traveller, it was very safe and comfortable

Very comfortable and the staff was really nice with my family. I have a 2 years old boy and they provided all the support needed, like warm up bottles, crib, etc. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.
