Breakfast was really good. There were excellent rolls. There was always a good choice of very good local yogurts. The meals were good. Once they made a vegetable plate with chips upon my special request.

Hotel Bristol is a perfect hotel for a countryside getaway in the Alps. It is centrally located in Adelboden, very close to one of the ski lifts (5 min walking distance), and just a few minutes from the main street. The hotel is facing west side and you have beautiful views overlooking the mountains. From the top floor you can see Engstligenfälle, a gorgeous waterfall located just 5km from the city center. The hotel is very charming, it is an older building, but very well maintained, with all modern amenities. The hotel staff is very kind and informative. The breakfast is great, and the kitchen and restaurant staff is very hospitable too. Overall our stay was fantastic, and Adelboden is a perfect location from where you can even drive to visit other attractions in the area.
