Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.

The location is literally at the cathedral and 5 minutes walk from the center, thus excellent. The receptionist was super kind and all the staff very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Awesome breakfast.

Location is really neat cozy little town, everything was just amazing and the breakfast is very tasty. And all the employees were great.
