Great location, it met our family needs

It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Cochem, near the Moselle river, within walking distance to all sights. Very friendly, helpful and awesome people work at hotel, it was a very warm welcome, like at home. Room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was delicious. Wanna say thank you for all.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious (although very tricky for vegans) and the location was good too!

Hosts were wonderfully welcoming. Amenities excellent. Location was peaceful countryside. Close to the beach and towns. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Breakfast was lovely! Staff were really accommodating and always had a smile. We were in the attic room which was definitely worth the hike up all the stairs.

The room was ideal, a pretty typical hotel room. It could have done with a couple of hooks for a jacket and so on. There was no tea or coffee in the room but I don't see that as a major problem. Breakfast was good insofar as the dining room was large and comfortable. The 8 person queue at the coffee machine was a disaster. A second coffee machine would help a lot. The buffet layout was cramped meaning that people were elbow to elbow at the buffet. Not at all comfortable. The hotel itself was comfortably placed, just outside the town centre and with masses of free parking in the hotel grounds.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were silent and big. Breakfast was superb and rich.

Perfect Location with great views! Staff are extremely professional and friendly, great restaurant on site and breakfast was great! Recommend a room with a balcony for the view and relaxation!

Really quiet area of cochem, lovley hotel lovley staff great room very clean Breakfast was great as well When reception was closed there were tea anx coffee available for you to make in a small area on ground floor also beer and pop from either fridge or vending machine really good Seating area outside to sit out if you wanted Really enjoyed our stay

The room was perfectly clean and pretty quiet.Our bed was super comfy .The location in the city center is perfect,close to the promenade and all of the restaurants.The staff was super nice and helpful and they are always there when you need them.Breakfast in the form of a buffet is ideal because there is everything you need and it was just delicious.

Lovely, comfortable stay! Beds were wonderful for a restful nights sleep. The breakfast was vast, and catered to everyone in our party. Location was perfect for visiting the Christmas Market.

View was beautiful. Everything was really nice. The room was perfect. Generous breakfast.

the location is really good just a bit outside Cochem. The hotel have it's own wine shop and offer free wine tasting for its guests. The terrace is really nice as you can sit outside enjoy some fresh drinks or a glass of wine in warm weather. The dinner is ok, we found the weekend menu is better than the weeks days.

The breakfast was exceptional. Tara made us feel welcome and was very informative. We will be back as this property had to be the quietest on earth. We had a river view room; waking up to the Mosel was magical.
