The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.

This a very good looking place; very comfortable, quiet, awesome view, and the breakfast was just spectacular. My 11 years old baby girl had a blast, specially with the breakfast and the garden.

It was a great choice: all that we needed was available, the breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the center and also close to interesting touristic spots.

Nice old town vibe! The lady form the reception was really kind, she stayed slightly later for me to check-in. The next time I will be in Zgorzelec I will definitely stay there!

Right off the Oder-Neisse Radweg in a charming old mill on the River. Good sized room; nice staff; great breakfast; locked bicycle storage in a separate cycle room. No lift to upper floors. Long but delightful walk to central Gorlitz.

Even though reception works till 9pm they could accommodate us and provided key even though we arrived after midnight. Room was big and spacious. Very clean .

Magnificent 16th century house, enormous comfortable rooms (ours had its original stone vaulted ceiling!) Directly in the middle of the city many connoisseurs consider to be Germany's most beautiful.
