Magnificent swimming pool and saunas - everything is new and clean. I was especially impressed by the carefully assembled bags with bathrobes and towels for visiting the SPA that were in the room. Excellent breakfast and convenient breakfast hours from 7.00 to 11.00.

Very nice staff, lovely lady receptionist. Check-in from 00:00 to 00:00 is a really helpful thing. The notification on your expected check-in time is really working thing. I arrived in the morning and there was no any problems to check in and move in. My room was ready. Breakfasts were very good, too.

Staff catered for everything. Worked out I was English and without me asking, brought English menus, made sure everything was in order. The food was exceptional. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for value for money.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful in anything we needed. My partner had food in the restaurant, which was very busy and very welcoming, and my partner said the food was excellent. The selection of beers they had to offer were really nice too! I highly recommend trying their in house brewed pilsner, the taste is exceptional! The room was exactly as it was advertised and we really enjoyed the Jim Beam room.

Just a wonderful hotel and people. They put on free food before and after the match and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent very spacious and spotlessly clean. A 5 star experience thank you.

This hotel lies in the outskirts of Hagen and it is surrounded by a large park. All non-smoking rooms at the Arcadeon include a TV, wooden flooring and an en suite bathroom with shower.
