Very kind and very helpful staff. They were all welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great, really spacious and very clean. Walking distance from the Town Hall, the Main tower etc. We asked for Twin Bed and the man at the reception arranged it. Thank you very much. And don't forget: In Greece, whenever you want to order a beer, you say: Mia bira parakalo.

Very clean hotel in an excellent location – just a few minutes’ walk to the convention center and right next to a mall with a supermarket and great shopping. Staff were very helpful, especially Giovanni at reception who was so accommodating and ensured my stay was comfortable. Also, Gent at buffet was so sweet with a lovely smile and made sure I had everything I wanted at breakfast. Great experience overall.

We had a great stay at the Adagio Frankfurt. The rooms/apartments are well appointed and large and the location is fantastic with different transportation available whether taxis which line up in front of the hotel at all hours or the RMV/Tram which also has a station right outside the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in a high end, safe and quiet neighbourhood too! Easily the best part of our stay was the staff and specifically Nwiyah at the front desk who single handedly made sure it was a very enjoyable stay. Every day he would provide us suggestions on where to go and he made great suggestions on visiting Rudesheim and Heidelberg which we thoroughly enjoyed. By the end of the stay I gained a new friend.

Really nice location. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre and 30 minutes from the main train station. However despite not being in the very centre, it is in another area by lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were really nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast here but I know that they do offer a breakfast. And they have drinks available to buy in their bar/cafe area downstairs.

It's a great place to stay. Location is a 10 min tram to city, but away from the hussle and right next door to the mall. Great location. Room is very well designed and laid out for both short and long term guests. Bright, spacious, well designed and uncluttered. Kitchen is useable for making a meal. Staff are wonderful. Coffee and water are free in the living room, it's a great deal. The price paid was very good value. Gym is small but enough for a session.
