Great room, although booking was saying it was a appartement! It had a big balcony/ terrace. The facilities were very basic, no reception on Sunday nor restaurant or bar or anything. Schwanau, has just had 1 restaurant. The hotel is in the middle of a industrial area!! The staff although was very helpful, on Monday.

Hospitality from the owner and their whole family was great. The owner of the guest house picked us up from the railway station. She also showed us the room and all the facilities in their. Their daughter speaks very good English so language was not an issue at all. She guided us on how to reach to Europa park and return etc. If I go again to Europa park, I will definitely stay with them again.
