Apua löytyi myös majoitukseen liittymättömissä asioissa kuten mönkijän vuokrauksessa, omistaja neuvotteli hyvän hinnan. Sijainti täydellinen lyhyt kävely keskustaan, mutta riittävän kaukana Adamaksen keskustan kuhinasta. Parvekkeelta näkymä lahdelle. Aamupala on täydellinen.
