United KingdomBeautiful setting. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. It was a relaxing night away. We had a 3 course meal in Maxwells Grill which was 10/10- the fillet steak and fishcake I would highly recommend. We also had some fab cocktails afterwards. Orla working on reception was so welcoming- a ray of sunshine who made us both smile.

It was my boyfriends birthday as well as our first anniversary so we got upgraded to a suite, such a special way to spend the day and our room was unbelievable, couldn’t have asked for better. The staff were outstanding - so attentive and friendly. The hotel itself was so clean with lovely grounds, and the spa was amazing. Absolutely 10/10!

Room decor was really nice - better than expected from the pictures.
The spa was lovely and relaxing. We made use of the pool, relaxation rooms, sauna and gym.
Cedar Rooms food and service was flawless.
Good value for money on the B&B rate compared to similar spa hotels.

Staff were absolutely delightful and accommodating! The room was stunning, I think we got upgraded which was such a gorgeous surprise. My friend and I couldn’t say more about this fabulous place. Bed was extremely comfortable and huge, bath was like a jacuzzi and stunning, breakfast was incredible and catered for all needs. Keep up the good work - will be returning very soon for sure :)

Loved the spa and the facial was very relaxing, food was lovely, dined in the maxwell restaurant on the first night and it was lovely, the following day had a chicken curry which was also 10 out of 10, room was very spacious, the walks on the ground were also very nice and relaxing.

Meeting the lovely George firstly on arrival so nice & when departing so pleasant in conversation & explaining different features of hotel. Lovely man.
The use of sauna & pool facilities & the extra touches in room coffee, water, robes, slippers & the lovely toiletries. Even the lighting from bright to subtle left a calming & relaxed vibe to room.

From checking in we had a perfect stay. We fell in love with the spa! Especially the tea room where it was lovely to sit and read while having some lovely herbal teas. I have never been so relaxed, what a wonderful place to stay. The grounds were fantastic for taking a walk around, I really loved the swing chair by the lake to sit and take in the view.

We got an upgrade on our room which was great. We had a suite for the night complete with 4 poster bed and jacuzzi bath. We didn't want to leave. Really good hotel. Lovely food and great breakfast
