Everything. Staff are very professional. Easy check in/out. Breakfast are really good . They tailor my stay to my needs even helping me with t.v channels . I love the balcony and all the views from various windows . Exceeded expectations when they brought complimentary coffee one day, delicious pizza another and a cold bottle of water for the road when I left. Refrigerator in room and excellent working a/c are definitely appreciated. Good hygiene. Above all, I feel safe

Staff went above and beyond — Sam helped us in advance to book a train to Bangalore, then he and his boss continued to be helpful throughout our stay, even providing a map with personalised recommendations for food, sights, cafes etc. Room was comfy and cheerful (murals!). Helpful to have a communal kitchen.

The rooms were clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING. I like to sleep in but I would wake up early to get to breakfast at 7:30 am. The location was walking distance to nice restaurants.

Great location within walking distance (or by auto) for all major sights. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you, always smiling. The breakfast was fabulous with so much food; it is definitely a hotel for foodies. We can’t wait to go back to Pondicherry and the Villa Shanti!

the beach side villas had excellent pool with pool chairs, dining space and antique pillars, the buffet dinner besides common pool was splendid. our families enjoyed the location the nature and ambiance
