absolutely very friendly staff offering you all the needed support! after the airline company ruined our vacation schedule, repeatedly changing the date of the round-trip flights, we had the big chance to find out a very professional and supportive staff at the JR Oriente Hotel, helping us to save as much as possible and enjoy the time. the accommodation was perfect - room in a very good condition, absolutely clean, very comfortable beds, balcony, great view, very tasty breakfast. the location is perfect! in the middle of everything! all you would like to find/visit is just a step away - old town, theatres, modern shopping area, seaside promenade, train station, bus station. we plan to come back soon!

A fantastic hotel in Bari. The staff were superb, the parking was A+, the room and lobby very nice and clean, and a lovely breakfast. What more can you ask for?

Close to the train station, just cross the street and you will arrive at the hotel, convenient for those arriving by train late in the evening. The building has elevator. Self checkin and checkout was very smooth. Rooms were bright and clean and warm in winter. Window and balcony were facing the pedestrian street downstairs.

Extremely nice and spacious apartment, with fully equipped true kitchen. Extremely clean. Great position: very close to the university campus and not far from the city center.

Very welcoming, I felt home there. It was extremely clean, bathroom is very comfortable and spacious. Extremely close to the airport.

The location and view from our room was absolutely amazing. The staff was so accommodating…our flight got in at 7:00am and the hotel had a room ready for us at noon. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Next time we will stay longer.

What made this stay especially good was the hospitality and personal attention paid to us! We were treated as though we were the only guests there! The breakfast was also exceptionally good! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Gatto Bianco House! They were extremely supportive and responsive to all my requests. The breakfast was delicious and of very high quality. Our room was cleaned every day, and we were always provided with a bottle of water and coffee. It was a little difficult at first to use the app to unlock the door, but I was happy to learn the new technology, and it ultimately saved time. I highly recommend Gatto Bianco House, especially for the excellent value for money!

Perfect location in the center of Bari Vecchia! The room was very quiet and the terrace was amazing! The shower was also amazing! We enjoyed a delightful breakfast every day and really enjoyed Michele. Many many delicious restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Amazing! Cannot recommend more!

Fantastic location, excellent host, he met us in the rain and guided us quickly to our rooms. He even made a reservation for us for dinner as we arrived late and hungry. We appreciated the umbrellas in the room to use and letting us keep our luggage after checkout for a few hours. Rooms were beautiful and clean.
