Everything was great and the staff was friendly and professional.

The view is exceptional as it is directly located on the lake. The location is good as it is walking distance from the centre (about 25 minutes walk) but you can also catch a bus which stops 4 minutes away. There is also a ferry stop (Tavernola) which is 2 minutes walking distance and it is really convenient if you wish to visit other villages on the lake. This stop is for the slow ferry only but it is a great choice if you are on holiday and want to cruise up the lake. The lounge bar in the hotel is also great if you want to just relax in the evening.

The best hotel in the area. Quiet and warm room, very friendly staff, lots of parking spots and rich breakfast. I can't wait to return again next year!

The best location ever! Very kind staff, easy to check in and check out. Very clean apartment, nice bathroom, you will have a restaurant under you if you rent it. Don't go with a lot of luggage because it's an old building and there is no elevator so it's a good exercise to climb the stairs 😄 I would highly recommend it 👌

Carducci is beautiful accommodation with gorgeous decor and in a perfect location close to the centre of Como town. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was served in a pretty courtyard. We were very happy with this hotel and it's price was very reasonable.

Everything was clean, needed equipment at the apartments, cleaning lady and the host were super helpful for our group! Amazing place as for location and it’s rare.

Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of Como. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, restaurants, bars, and lakefront, all within walking distance. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a stylish design that still felt warm and relaxing. Staff were excellent throughout the stay, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and check-in. The whole hotel had a calm, premium feel without being pretentious. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Overall, it felt like a much more personal and memorable experience than a standard hotel.

Breakfast at caffe & caffe was delightful, convenient, and friendly.

The best part of our stay was the hostess, Ilaria. Ilaria radiated hospitality and made sure our stay not just in her B&B, but around the lake, exceeded expectations. She provided us with great conversation and invaluable advice as to the best places to visit and eat based on our preferences. She was very flexible with breakfast and provided great conversation if wanted or space if desired. I can say for certain that our experience in Como and in the neighboring towns would not have been nearly as fruitful without her advice. The space itself has everything you need and is very cozy. Beautiful exposed brick, a comfortable queen-sized bed, a nice bathroom, a pseudo-balcony, wifi, and AC if needed. Plenty of natural light and light fixtures as well.

The owner was exceptionally cheerful and welcoming. She gave us recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the cathedral. The breakfast was excellent.

The location is absolutely spectacular. You could not find a better area to stay in Como. The neighbourhood is bustling but not too loud, the lake is a few feet away, and the nicest restaurants are all a 5 minute walk. The room was also super clean and comfortable. The staff are incredible - thank you Camilla and Margherita for your wonderful hospitality :)

An absolute pleasure to stay over at this place. Wish I had more time to try all yummy stuff from the menu. Lake views are amazing and worth the narrow road trip up. Super nice family run business- will be back soon

Great views from our balcony. Spectacular location right on Lago di Como. Easy walk to the town center to catch the ferry to Como, or Bellagio. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner and excellent breakfast buffet. Will be beck!

What was especially valuable and truly pleasant is not only the highly professional, attentive, and courteous staff, but also the exceptional involvement of the hotel manager. The manager demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, provided extensive and thoughtful assistance, and was genuinely helpful even with matters not directly related to accommodation. This level of care, attention, and human involvement made the stay feel truly special! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
