The hotel is very nice in a historical building. Breakfast really excellent, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The best thing is the kindness of staff, and in that sense a special thanks goes to Eilyn and Sofia for their kindness. It's sp good to see such customer oriented approach and so well executed.

Everything was great! Breakfast was a lovely surprise, so much variety for Italian standards! The staff is so kind and polite, they stored our bags before the check-in and after the check-out, allowing us to fully enjoy our time in Parma. They also helped us get a trustworthy cab that took us to our early tour at St. Pier Damiani cheese factory (an absolute must if you are in Parma). The room was large and so was the bathroom. It's centrally located so you can walk everywhere in Parma. I really recommend it!
