Atenció molt bona, el personal de l'hotel molt amable. Ens van ensenyar de seguida on podiem aparcar, ens van donar recomanacions de llocs per visitar i també restaurants. Som celíacs i ho han tingut molt en compte en l'esmorzar, tenien força varietat de productes. Si tornem a Volterra, repetirem estança aquí segur!

Ens ha agradat tot. La persona que porta aquest hotel es un número 1, es preocupa d'explicar-te tot el que val la pena de conèixer d'aquesta meravellosa zona que es La Toscana, en els esmorzars (Fantàstics) ofereix productes de qualitat i de la terra i sempre esta atent de que tot funcioni a la perfecció. També ens ha agradat molt l'edifici i les seves instal·lacions, es tracta d'una casa de pedra molt ben cuidada i rodejada de jardins, amb una piscina i parking per els clients.
