Alles. Het was gewoon schitterend. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer, met al het nodige aanwezig. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Een Lawson aan de ingang van het hotel. Wasmachines op de eerste verdieping (2F). Gewoon 300 yen in steken, geen gedoe met wasmiddelen.

De Club-lounge op de 28e etage was fantastisch. Als je een kamer boekt op de hoogste verdiepingen, heb je toegang tot de club-lounge (is inbegrepen in de kamerprijs) voor ontbijt, middag- en avondborrel. Hele fijn plek om te zitten, te kijken over de stad en wat te drinken. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Odori Park en uitgaansgebied Susukino op loopafstand. Shuttle bus naar station is heel fijn als er veel sneeuw ligt.
