The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

The hotel is amazing, nice room and an amazing view of the Barroco Museum. Breakfast was incredible, food was tasty, great variety and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely a great choice!

I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! Thanks a lot for good experience !!!

The temperature always seems to be just right although I didn't see any aircon or heating; perhaps not needed. The pool was not crowded and although not large, was fine for swimming a few lengths. There was plenty of room to park and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The building is modern and nicely designed. Great view from the roof.
