Perfect location, wonderful for families and big groups. Each room has wonderful wall paintings and the staff was always very welcoming. We enjoyed having so many restaurants, shops, bank, and sightseeings Infront of the door. We will definitely come back.

I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

Everything was perfect. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable. It was great value for money and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Puebla.
