I loved everything . From the moment we arrived when we got greeted by staff with most delicious champagne to the very moment we left . Check in was super easy and all staff were so lovely and attentive . We had all inclusive so drinks kept flowing and the food was delicious . Oleo had few restaurants and you can take your pick where you want to eat . Staff kept smiling everywhere we turned and entertainment poolside was great too . I even got my cardio workout doing pool aerobics with great instructor . ( he was cute too ;) . Anything we needed , nothing was any trouble . Our room was beautiful and huge , overlooking the Caribbean Sea from one side and Lagoon and Isla Mujeres from the other side . This really is such an amazing place to stay at and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone who’s making stop in Cancun .

Incredible property, staff were amazing. The property is right on a beautiful beach and has amazing restaurants in the hotel. The buffet breakfast included was fantastic, had a variety of everything and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend and would love to go back!

I loved everything about the Hotel. The location is simply perfect, the beach in front of the Hotel was the one we liked most even after visiting several on different trips, perfect for the kids, the friendly and helpful staff and the wonderful cleanliness and comfort. Everything is great.

It was one of the best hotel by far which I visited. Huge object full with restaurants, bars, and activities. Staff and service were amazing. People surrounded you with kindness and professionalism.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! I stayed in a Standard Double Room for four nights, and it was a truly enjoyable stay. Service & Staff 👏 From the Aquamarina restaurant staff to the front desk team, pool bar, and towel station attendants, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even better. Dining 🍽️ The hotel has four different restaurants, but I only dined at Aquamarina. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, offering a wide variety of options. The average dinner cost was around 450-500 pesos. I was happy to see plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices, making it easy to find food as a vegetarian. Another huge plus was having a Starbucks inside the hotel, which was super convenient for me as a remote worker. Room & Cleanliness 🏨 My room was spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. The hotel itself had a very clean atmosphere. The room was also well-equipped, featuring a large refrigerator, a microwave, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Location & Safety 📍 The location is perfect—situated at the corner of the Hotel Zone, it’s only a 5-minute walk to nightlife spots like Coco Bongo and other clubs. I felt very safe walking around, even at night. I enjoyed taking walks along the bike path—1-1.5 km towards La Isla and 2-2.5 km towards Playa Tortugas. The hotel also has a stunning beach, which is one of its biggest highlights! Entertainment & Activities 🎶 The hotel hosts nightly events, which added a fun touch to my stay. One night, a Mexican singer performed, and another night featured a dance show—both were fantastic! Final Thoughts 💯 Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly believe the hotel is worth the price. I would definitely recommend it for its amazing location, great service, and stunning beach! Would love to visit again! 😊✨

Exceptional property, right in the middle of the hotel zone. Family run business, who live and work in the hotel. They are all so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast and sunset cocktails on the rooftop are truly special experiences, and the coffee is the best we had in Mexico! Great advice on what to do and where to eat. Truly an amazing place to stay to end our honeymoon!

We enjoyed our stay. The food was tasty, it was easy to get drinks, and we were able to just relax and unwind. Getting a chair on the beach was easy and it was easy to get drinks. There was always lots of food when we went for meals and the snack bar was always available when the restaurants were closed. While the on site store was a little pricey, it did have the things we were looking for without needing to leave the property. There are activities happening all day. The staff do a great job of keeping everything clean, and security does a good job of keeping an eye on things.

We loved everything about this hotel. The suites are very comfortable for a family of five, and the beds are huge! The level of cleanliness was a pleasant surprise - it was noticeable that even the hard-to-reach corners received attention, even outside the suite. The food was fresh and tasty. The selection may not be the biggest, but there are plenty of options to keep the dining experience interesting - every night the main restaurant hosts themed evenings. We also saw some comments about the sea. Yes, the hotel beach has a lot of seagrass if you go deeper than knee level, but this is fully compensated by the fact that you can simply go to the Royal Sands Hotel (part of the same hotel group) and enjoy all the benefits there too, including an amazing turquoise sea. For us, it was a dream vacation. 10/10.

Clean, modern & the staff were brilliant.

Temptation is not a hotel… it’s a happiness laboratory with a pool. From the moment you arrive, something — maybe the weather, maybe the atmosphere… or maybe a secret plan from the staff — makes you smile nonstop. Here, everything is so pleasant that even the sargassum looks like tropical décor. The most incredible thing is not the facilities (which are postcard-worthy), but its people. There’s a warmth you can feel… and another you can almost subliminally breathe in. It’s as if the air carried a hidden message: “Relax, have fun, you’re in good hands.” The marketing team should teach classes on how to make a guest feel special: I received more than I paid for, and these days that’s a miracle. The food is on another level. The Teppanyaki chef at Sutra, from Veracruz if my memory is right, turned dinner into a show I still dream about. And at Rain, breakfast was a festival of flavors: the kings of the omelette, without question. The rooms — spotless. Moments I will keep in my memory, like eating with “Anaconda,” a Dominican entertainer whose kindness disarms you. Between Caribbean stories and laughter, I completely forgot that the internet is slow… although with hundreds connected, navigating is almost an extreme sport. Still, why need internet when there’s so much real life to enjoy? The gardens look like they’re straight out of a movie, the sexy pool is pure energy, and the other quiet pool is an oasis to rest and let time melt away. Intense partying several times a day for those who want rhythm… silence and calm for those seeking peace. I leave with the certainty that here they don’t just sell vacations, but an experience carefully designed so that happiness seeps in through all your senses. It was worth crossing the world to meet them. A thousand thanks for an experience I will always keep in my heart. NEW ZEALAND.

This hotel is located in a very quiet and safe area of the hotel zone (and a golf club). It is super close to the city center by bus or Uber or a taxi. The atmosphere is soooo cozy. The place had a very cute interior and was decorated very aesthetically. The staff was just another level of friendly and kind. The breakfast was prepared on the spot, everything very fresh and it was delicious! They were always so attentive and polite. Not because they had to but just because they really are polite and nice people. I will definitely come back to stay at la villa du Golf! Thank you so much it was a pleasure.

It was easy to make Dinner reservations and they didn't seem to care if you came at your designated time or not. Easy, Quick access to drinks, food, snacks, and beach. The property is well laid out. Easy to catch public bus to Downtown Cancun or famous market place

I love the pool bar, pizza bar, and hotdog bar by the pool and friendly staff who are always around us and care about us. I can't thank you enough to the staff. Neat and clean room.

The service was excellent. Staff were everywhere. Breakfast was perfect and very tasty. A lot of variety of food everyday and the service was fast and of a very good quality. They would serve you water as soon as you glass is empty, same for coffe, etc… At the pool, you would sit and someone would immediately come and ask you what you want to drink or to eat. The lunch buffet was also perfect and of a large variety. The dinner restaurants were very classy. The Thai one was good. The other ones were less good since I come from Europe and food in restaurants in Europe can’t be beaten. The sushi corner was also great. The pool and activity were super great. I did a cooking class. It was fun. The beach of the hotel also was perfect. The water was clean and not so much of sargassum. The Hotel is very beautiful and well decorated. The room was very very clean. NO DUST on any shelf even the higher ones. Special mention to Israel in the lobby, Miguel from Aqua World, Orlando, Eladio, Magdalena, Nayeli, Reyes and Isaias from breakfast. And the Tt lady who works as a waiter by the pool. You made our stay wonderful. I am so sad to leave.

The staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Mar Caribe and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring my needs were met from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Alex who was so kind and welcoming to me especially knowing I was travelling by myself. His professionalism and care was amazing. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals that exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Mar Caribe for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
