Very nice accomodation and the staff were very nice..

Breakfast was not free though you can order or you can go to the lobby to have your meals at the cafe..

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was convenient. They serve a healthy breakfast. It's attached to SmJmall which is my favorite part where we can easily access when we want to buy some things needed as well as the room service massage. So I am happy with my stay. The staffs are helpful and the housekeeping are also so friendly and did their job so well. See you again next time. 😊 Peace & Love

Great value Had dinner , food and service was awesome

Location was perfect. Had a room off the pool, it was lovely. Pool was amazing. Surrounded by beautiful trees and garden, and so quiet, hard to believe it was right in the city across from an airport! Very impressed! Alacarte breakfast at uno was wonderful. Definitely get the mango smoothie!

This hotel is an older hotel and family managed and ran.The beautiful natural timber of the stair ways and surrounds is a surperb feature along with a warm welcome and the cleanliness of all parts of the hotel was very noticable. Thanks to the Hotel owner who managed to run a generator to give comforts like aircon and lighting,wifi .over the Typhoon,well done. Breakfast was tasty and priced well. We had a room close to the road and was noisy along with the flight path of the planes taking off. but cant complain as the hotel is well priced .

Staffs are very accommodating and they provided excellent service. They helped us arranged a taxi going to pier and provided free storage fir our luggage.

All what I need is just in this place very close for everything… gym sauna very friendly peoples and very helpful all the staff I love the 24 hours massage ☺️

All the staff of the hotel made us feel at home. We were in a large number but they accomodated / helped us in every possible to our requests and queries.

Everything! Unsure why the previous reviews are not so good, this place should be a minimum review of 9. Every feedback they recieve, they have continued to fix. No hot water- plenty hot water now, no water pressure or condiments when showering- all there and fixed, limited breakfast- now there’s 5 choices, ants in room- don’t leave ur window open and food inside. They even have a nice tv and 2-3 beds with so much space. Of course it’s not a 5 star place, but so worth it. The staff helped out so much, when I needed early check in. After long flight and late check out also after being late from seeing the dr. The staff is amazing, and I really love this place and will be back. Annoying how other people giving it harsh reviews, better then stay in a 5 star hotel and pay $500 a night.

The reception is open 24/7. One day we were late for breakfast, but they still served us.

Big space for each room. The family room is very cool! We had a couch and a massive toilet. My son could scooter inside the room. The staff are sooooo friendly and warm! The breakfast food has so much variety. 😋
