Good location right next to the mall and 20 min to main attractions in Cebu. Helpful staff that arranged for us early/late pickups to the airport. Gym and pool on the roof has a nice view. Breakfast buffet is really worth it. Great selection of different food options

The room is clean Air conditioner is cool but is ok for me The location is fantastic great, is near two malls and 7-11 convenience stores and Mac!

It was close enough to get into the main parts of IT park , I really enjoyed the pool too . The place is old but kept well. Tv for comfort . Nice

I am glad I booked the bedroom suite, it was very spacious. My whole extended family hanged out and we all enjoyed bonding in the room.

Really comfy beds with steps up to the top bunk instead of the usual ladder which is so much better. About 30 minutes walk to north bus terminal so ideal base for starting the north of Cebu island.

I like the location and the fact that it is definitely value for money. A lot of people will rate this place poorly but considering the price, I think it's a 9/10. Many people probably booked this place and tend to expect 5-star level and that's unfair to the owner. For me, I take into account the price that I pay and for that reason, I am rating this place very highly.

They turned me away saying they were full. You STILL have NOT refunded the money you took off me before you would allow the booking to take place.

Location was perfect. Easy access to everything. The room was clean. There were 2 swimming pools. I like that they have a kiddie pool. The kids enjoyed swimming without us having to worry about drowning or similar incidents

Amazing location and very nice staff.

Everything was above expectation: friendly and service minded personnel, very complete apartment with fridge, drinking water and watercooker/coffee, shower with hot water, separate toilet, good airco, swimming pool etc etc. Near shopping mall and restaurants; don’t forget to visit the karaoke bar 😜.

It really was a home away from home. The staff were polite and the place was conveniently located in IT Park. Near the convenience stores, transport and Food Hubs.
