Having been informed that there would be an evening banquet, the receptionist decided to relocate us to a room on the other side of the hotel to avoid the boisterous guests, which was marvellous.

Kinda unusual place. We stopped there for a night during our long car trip to Zakopane. We had a room with a bath! It was such a pleasure to have a hot bath after the long road! Our room was kinda fancy yet simple. We liked it. The breakfast area was really impressive and the breakfast itself was very tasty! We also left our car in the underground parking lot, which was very convenient. We booked the place like in one hour before check in and communication was fast and everything was smooth. In general it was a wonderful stay for us! Thanks!

Quiet location (during weekend, as close to a congress center), very close to S7 motorway. Very comfortable room, spacious and well-designed. Airco worked well (30+ degrees outside at the time. Several non-polish tv channels (compared to other venues where there is sometimes none) Pets allowed, which is certainly a bonus. Very good restaurant (dinner/breakfast) Good value for money

The location is great, surrounded by trees. The room was clean, and we loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Overall, the swimming pool area and saunas were quite good. I would also highlight the comfortable mattresses and pillows; we had a very good night’s sleep.
