This was our third trip to the Pousada at Belmont, and as usual found it a truly relaxing and beautiful place to stay, with professional and helpful staff. It was so nice to see a competent and helpful person in charge of the restaurant, same as when we last visited.

Everything was perfect ! The staff is incredibly nice, especially Carolina and Isaac. They made our stay very comfortable. The room was amazing, the food was good, the location is perfect Thank you for everything We will definitely come back again

A spacious hotel in a good position with views across the valley. Good food and good parking. Pool was immaculate as were the gardens. In fact the whole place was really well cared for.

The setting is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views in every direction and it's an incredibly peaceful place. The facilities themselves that Marta and her family have built are excellent in terms of aesthetic design, comfort and cleanliness. Marta is always on hand to help, and nothing is too much trouble. Great meal, lovely waiting staff and exceptional own wine and atmospheric lounges in the former ancient buildings and lovely dining room with terraces overlooking the valley. It was lovely to look across the valley at the snow-capped mountains. The old convent was beautifully renovated to a very high quality. Our room was perfect. The dinner we had there was delicious in a beautiful spacious room with fireplace. I wish we could've stayed longer.

Our room in a modern annex was fine, but walking from main hotel to it one had to endure a chilly corridor which was unheated. Our room was fine though I think the bathroom needs updating. The dining room was lovely if lacking intimacy, and breakfast was served in a different space which I think is odd. Decent lounge , with sofas, but unhappily large tvs on permanently playing football rather detracts from what is otherwise a lovely historic setting.
