Todella ystävällinen ja avulias työntekijä respassa. Hotelli oli tasokas, samoin ravintolan ruoka ja aamiainen loistava, jopa erinomainen valikoima gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Huone oli hieno ja tilava ja oma parveke. Kylpyhuoneen katossa maisematapetti ja muutenkin hyvin mielenkiintoinen sisustus. Respasta sai liput viereiseen gondolihissiin, piti tosin olla GoPass-sovellus/jäsenyys (ei maksanut mitään).
