Upon arrival we asked about an upgraded room and were given the south tower room which we were told had just been remodeled. Upon entering the room we did not feel it had recently been remodeled so we went back down and were given our original room choice, which we were very satisfied with. Later during our stay we received a call stating our room was needing to have some maintenance on so we were moved to a suite on the 18th floor and were much appreciative.
