Margot went up and above from the moment we arrived! We have a lot of toddlers and she even secured a cart for me to take all the breakfast in one trip to my family. No other person had been this conscientious at any hotel. She was so personable and friendly, inquiring about our experience and so engaging with us all. Even after check out, there was an issue with our bill and took care of that immediately and followed up. We will definitely be returning to this establishment whenever in town for the holidays!
