Fantastic lovely room with nice old style, fire place and bubble bath. The hotel is convenient to park then walk to downtown main street enjoying wine tasting and high end food before coming back in quiet environment of hotel. Breaskfast takes place in former wine cellar, decorated in great way. Food served is fresh and tasty. Absolutely awesome place with good value.

Hand-crafted cocktails are featured at the restaurant at Andaz Napa - a Concept by Hyatt. Napa Valley Opera House is 5 minutes’ walk away.

From the moment we drove up we were greeted with friendly staff; Keith is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Loved the terrace bar on the second floor. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Location is great.

Rooms were super comfortable and pretty, exactly as shown on the photos. Every staff member was nice and professional - we asked for a winery recommendation very last minute and Melinda called one and got us in and with an upgrade. Really great service

The staff was very kind. The location despite is 15 min away of Napa downtown, it was great and quiet, with a good roads to go for wineries. The rooms were clean, big enough and comfortable. The breakfast had good options.
