Nicely clean , customer service is awesome , Kathie. She is from Republica Dominicana was very helpful smiling with lots of knowledge, she knows what to do as customer service representative 😃👍🏼… When we check out also , sorry I can not remember her name , I was afraid with my headaches due to the altitude,both were very affected other that that is beautiful hotel to stay , restaurants too.

Great location, big room with a comfy bed and a big balcony. Quiet area but close to stores and restaurants. Has a separate living room with a sitting area and a kitchenette. The workers are nice and they have a heated pool and a huge 2 level jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

There were lots of nice surprises and small details at the hotel that were very pleasant. Robes for the hot tub, heated bathroom floors and heated toilet seat, fireplace with seating area in the room, free shuttle around town, and free hot beverage bar in the lobby. These made our stay feel extra special and luxurious.
