One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

The breakfast that was included in the tarrif was huge, lots of food of good variety. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the citadel/castle.

Location was great - we got a room overlooking the river. We slept with the window open and it felt like sleeping next to a waterfall :) Also only a few steps away from the main street. Room was amazing - big and so well equipped. One of the best bathrooms we've experienced. Staff was so friendly as well.
