One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Location was great - we got a room overlooking the river. We slept with the window open and it felt like sleeping next to a waterfall :) Also only a few steps away from the main street. Room was amazing - big and so well equipped. One of the best bathrooms we've experienced. Staff was so friendly as well.

My wife, our 7-year-old son, and I spent 3 days at this wonderful hotel. It was our first time visiting Andorra. The main goal was to ski in the mountains of Encamp. The hotel is located right in the city center. All restaurants, shops, and points of interest are within walking distance. The hotel offers underground parking. The breakfast was very good. Thank you to the hotel staff for providing us with a fantastic large room with mountain views and a jacuzzi. We will absolutely return ourselves and will recommend this accommodation to our friends.
