The staff are amazing … I got an upgrade on arrival which was a pleasant surprise . Also amazing service by Amaan, Rashid and especially Ahmed in housekeeping .

I had a very pleasant stay at the ritz hotel. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and easy to reach. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help,especially Mr.Hamdi from the reception . The room was spacious, tidy, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice view. Housekeeping service was excellent,I’d also want to thank Mr. Aqib for helping us during our stay . The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of fresh food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Arched doorways and marble hallways define the interior of this luxurious Riyadh hotel, next to King Abdulaziz Convention Centre. The food quality was amazing, professional and friendly staff, beautiful &spotless clean room and best house keeping staff , highly recommend
